In addition to the rigidity of retention of the projectile, a strong grip affects the proximal muscles and the training of the nervous system. In the hands of many mechanoceptors (disproportionately more than in other areas of the body), and with augmentation of the grasp, they are trained, transferring more and more nerve impulses to the brain. Communication, the brain-muscle channel thickens, resulting in (the recruitment of more fibers), the athlete is able to take more weight.
Who has the strongest grip of men or women?
